Bob Mann (00:00)
Hello and welcome to this episode of Flickering Dreams. This is episode number 73 and it is our weekly cinema cafe episode. And joining me are the usual 'Fab Three', plus me, Emma Sewell of Emma at the Movies on X/Twitter/Whatever

Andy Godfrey from Sorted Magazine and Konnect Radio with a K and Scott Forbes from the Forbes Film and TV Review on Facebook. And we've got the usual stuff in this episode. We take a look at some of the other films we haven't done as special features this week. We have our film quiz which you could play along with at home. We've got our top 10 at the box office.

and we look at some of the films which are coming out in the next week. So let's just start with some of those films which we didn't get to feature. I should say the films that you can find us reviewing as Special Editions, our Monkey Man with Dev Patel, The Trouble with Jessica, a new black British comedy and Scoop.

on Netflix, the film about the Prince Andrew, Emily Maitlis interview on Newslight. Any others we've seen? Andy, I believe you and Emma have both seen a film called Seize Them!

Rev. Andy Godfrey (01:33)
Yes.

Emma Sewell (01:35)
Now I didn't, I sadly didn't get to see this one. It's not showing it. No, it's not showing at my Cineworld. And I had a feeling that while I would probably enjoy it, I wouldn't want to spend 12 pounds on it at Showcase.

Bob Mann (01:35)
Have a seat.

Oh, you didn't? Okay.

Oh, I'm sorry, I've noted that down wrong. Yes, I, you have seen it. I've got, I've got a little, I've got a little clip to show. Here's a little clip from Seize Them. Seize Them!

Rev. Andy Godfrey (01:50)
I have seen it. I have seen.

Emma Sewell (01:53)
Hehe

Bob Mann (02:31)
I have to say the trailer made me laugh Andy. Is this made by the same guys as Horrible Histories?

Rev. Andy Godfrey (02:34)
Yeah, I.

Exactly, this is a Horrible Histories production, except that it's a 15 certificate because of language and also because of an excessive amount of gore. Now I did laugh all the way through. This is a 15 certificate, but it's very, it smashes the 6 laugh test. Nick Frost plays the ultimate shit spreader and that's his job. And we have a queen who's been dethroned and she's

Bob Mann (02:40)
Right.

Yeah, I could tell.

Hehehe

Rev. Andy Godfrey (03:05)
heading to the coast to meet with cousins who she hopes is going to help her get her country back. It's a little bit uneven. It's not hilariously funny all the way through. There are moments when you just think, I'll get on with it. It's a little bit Monty Python in that there's some animation in there to illustrate a chase that's happening rather than seeing the chases, the animated characters being chased. It is very, very funny. It's very sharp, but it is a bit uneven.

Bob Mann (03:28)
Oh, okay.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (03:33)
I wonder if they would have got more bums on seats if they had actually gone for a 12a Using the same story and the same characters to be honest because we know kids love horrible histories We know horrible histories is a big success Um, but nobody under the age of 15 legally can go in and see this And I just wonder if they haven't shot themselves in the foot financially by not, you know They've tried to make a horrible history for adults as it were

but I think that they might have had more appeal if they'd gone for a 12a. As it is, it is what it is, I enjoyed it. I laughed out loud more than six times, mostly at Nick Frost's character. I mean, that great line about not believing dragons don't exist that you just seen in the trailer. Very, very funny, very typical of the script. So overall, it was a seven out of 10 for me.

Emma Sewell (04:20)
I'm gonna go to bed.

Bob Mann (04:21)
Yeah.

Okay, okay. The lead character there was played by Amee Lou Wood. I was struggling to remember where I'd seen her and of course she was the tea serving girl in that Bill Nighy film from a couple of years ago, Living, wasn't it? That was where I was looking at that trailer thinking, where have I seen her before? I just had to look her up.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (04:33)
Yes.

Oh, of course she was. That's right. Yes. I mean, yeah, I was Yeah Yeah, I mean she plays the wicked queen of the West and basically finds Some sort of redemption as the story proceeds, but it's all the story is all pretty obvious But the fun is to be had in the one-liners and particularly in Nick Frost's delivery of them. Yeah

Bob Mann (05:05)
Yeah, yeah. I remember recently on another flight, I can't remember where I was going, I put on the Horrible Histories Roman film from a couple of years ago, and I must say, I laughed like a drain through most of that flight. Okay.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (05:15)
Yes.

Yeah, oh I think I think you would laugh like a drain through this but I do just wonder if in terms of going for a slightly more adult audience they could have told the same story with the same set of characters with a lot of the same jokes if they just toned it down a bit they might have got a wider or particularly as it come out during the Easter holidays that's my only observation. Yeah.

Emma Sewell (05:19)
I'm gonna go.

Bob Mann (05:37)
Yes, yes. Okay, all right. Another film which, and I think I'm right now in saying that Emma and Andy, you've seen this week, is The First Omen.

Here's a clip of that.

What did you make of this one Andy?

Rev. Andy Godfrey (05:55)
I love the Omen films. I'm always interested as a reverend to see what Hollywood does with the Book of Revelation. This one has got nothing whatsoever to do with the Book of Revelation. This is a prequel. We basically get the questions answered as to the circumstances of Damien's birth from the first Omen film. And it leads directly at the end into the start of the first Omen. Stupid title. Absolutely unbelievably stupid title. They could have called this Omen Origins.

You know, Omen the Beginning. Yeah, exactly. Stupid title. It's fine. It is exactly the same plot as Immaculate. Somebody was looking over somebody's shoulder and copying during the exam because they have written down the same answers. It is the same. I mean, really, except this one's got an Omen twist. There's a couple of shots, there's one death in particular that really relates back to the first...

Bob Mann (06:24)
I win the beginning. Yeah.

I'm going to go.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (06:53)
I keep saying it, the first Omen, the original Omen. The first Omen. And there's one death that relates back to that. I missed the Jerry Goldsmith chanting Latin score from the first film, which really was the scariest thing about the first film. That score. You listen to that in isolation, as I've done on your own on the dark night. That score is just chilling. The Jerry (Goldsmith) Omen score. I enjoyed it, but it is Immaculate 2.

Emma Sewell (06:56)
The first omen you mean.

Bob Mann (07:09)
Yeah, I agree. I agree.

Yes.

Okay. Emma, did you?

Rev. Andy Godfrey (07:23)
That said, it's nice to get questions answered that I've been asking since 1976, when the first one came out.

Emma Sewell (07:30)
I'm out.

Bob Mann (07:31)
Okay. That's it?

Emma Sewell (07:33)
Yeah, I am. Everyone that's asked me, it tends to be a thing at work at lunch, that like everyone will go, so what did you watch at the weekend? What's good? I was like, oh, I watched Immaculate 2, The First Omen. And they looked at me as if I'd gone crazy. And I was like, if you went and saw the other one last week when I told you about it, this was better. I was so confused at the beginning because genuinely they're exactly the same.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (07:48)
Ha ha

Emma Sewell (08:04)
But as I say, in my opinion, this one is much better than Immaculate was. The only thing I would say is that I really didn't think Bill Nighy was the one to choose for this film. It was...

Bob Mann (08:22)
Bill Nighy's in this, is he?

Rev. Andy Godfrey (08:24)
Bill Nighy, he plays a priest with a very interesting view on religion and life and the church and the apocalypse.

Bob Mann (08:28)
Oh, that's it. You realise, you realise this is, you realise this is the second week in a row where we've brought up Bill Nighy as being miscast in the film. So yeah, I think the first one last one was The Beautiful Game from last week.

Emma Sewell (08:31)
but he's just very... Bill Nighy-y about it.

Hahaha!

Rev. Andy Godfrey (08:41)
I've met him, he's a he clearly needs the money.

Bob Mann (08:48)
Hehehehe

Emma Sewell (08:48)
Yeah, I genuinely, although it wasn't one of my favourite films ever, but the only really down point to this I thought was his casting. And I think just because you're so familiar with him and the fact that he just acts in exactly the same way, which works in a lot of the other films he does, it just really put me off.

Yeah apart from that I really did enjoy this one, thought it was really nicely done.

Bob Mann (09:15)
Good, good, okay. Scores out of 10 from both of you. We haven't done a proper review, but we might as well.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (09:21)
Go on then Emma.

Emma Sewell (09:23)
Um, so I, oh seven.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (09:24)
I mean, I'm giving this a seven as well. I enjoyed Immaculate more. So it's really interesting, isn't it? Bearing in mind a massive fan of the first Omen film. I gave it a seven, yeah.

Bob Mann (09:34)
Okay.

Right, so that's a 7.0 borderline. Borderline hit, right.

Emma Sewell (09:41)
what I will and I really need to share this bit of information so obviously um went to see it quite a lot of people there on the way out there was a couple of women who'd been sitting just like slightly further across in the screen coming out behind us and one of them went well I don't understand why they're called the kid Damien I was like what and I just I was

Rev. Andy Godfrey (10:05)
What?!

Sorry, what?

Emma Sewell (10:10)
I thought, I generally thought, no, that's not what she said. And then she reiterated it again to her friends. And I walked out, I was like, don't say anything. Just keep your mouth shut and just leave.

Bob Mann (10:20)
Hehehehe

Rev. Andy Godfrey (10:23)
I would have.

Bob Mann (10:23)
Hehehehe

Rev. Andy Godfrey (10:25)
Because the kid in the first Omen, the Antichrist, is called Damien. And this is about the birth of Damien. What?

Emma Sewell (10:31)
Mmm! Hahaha!

Bob Mann (10:36)
Maybe she's never seen it. Okay.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (10:39)
Go.

Emma Sewell (10:40)
I mean, but like, even I haven't seen the first one. And I know the kid's name is Damien.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (10:43)
Oh you need to see the first...

Bob Mann (10:45)
Oh!

Damien, yeah.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (10:48)
Have you seen the remake Emma? Cause they did a remake of the first one, the shot for shot remake few years ago. But you do need to see the first one. It's a horror classic. What happens to Patrick's, Gregory Peck, what happens to, whose picture is in this film? You see Gregory Peck's photograph in this film. What happens to Patrick Troughton in the first film? You'd love it Emma. He really gets the point.

Emma Sewell (10:54)
Don't think so.

Bob Mann (10:58)
It is a horror classic. Gregory Peck.

Oh. Oh, boy.

Sorry. Hehehehehehehehe.

He does get the point. Yeah, almost a Hot Fuzz moment.

Emma Sewell (11:18)
Hahaha

Rev. Andy Godfrey (11:20)
Yes, you need to see the first one. I'll buy it you for Christmas.

Emma Sewell (11:24)
Okay.

Bob Mann (11:26)
The only other film here I've got written down that somebody else has seen this week is Megamind vs the Doom Syndicate that Emma raised, which I almost daren't ask where you saw this or indeed why.

Emma Sewell (11:36)
Uhhhhhh

Rev. Andy Godfrey (11:43)
Ha ha!

Scott Forbes (11:44)
Ha ha

Emma Sewell (11:45)
So, so many questions came up because of this film. It was I mean, it must have hit Now Cinema, I think so. Sky. And I was like, oh, another sequel. Well, I liked the first Megamind kind of. Oh, it's trash. It's so much trash. And it's.

Bob Mann (12:07)
Okay, say no more. Let's let's pass it by. Let's erase it from history.

Emma Sewell (12:17)
You could do there's so much bad CGI that just one delete button away from saving the world

Bob Mann (12:22)
Okay, good, good. Right, let's jump into our film quiz then and we've got a bit of this. Yeah, we do. It's the law.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (12:29)
Do we have to?

Emma Sewell (12:32)
Ugh.

Bob Mann (12:39)
So we're gonna do our film quiz and this is the dialogue shmylogue version of it where what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna give five lines of dialogue from a film. The film is in the top 1000 box office films of all time. And you have to try and guess before we get to the last one which film it is. I have...

Emma Sewell (12:56)
Ahem.

Bob Mann (13:06)
taking a little bit of pity on you in this edition in that as well as giving you the line of dialogue I'm also giving you the actor who says that line of dialogue so there's a little bit more information in this version.

Emma Sewell (13:10)
Thanks.

I mean, that just makes me feel like it's even more difficult.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (13:23)
Yeah, it won't help at all.

Bob Mann (13:26)
for why? for why? right ok so let me share my screen and so here comes the first one and there is no penalty for a wrong answer in this version so you can write down five different films if you want to and we'll take the top one that's correct or not

Rev. Andy Godfrey (13:30)
My mind goes too much.

Scott Forbes (13:32)
Hmm

Emma Sewell (13:43)
Oh, thank God.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (13:45)
Praise the Lord.

Bob Mann (13:53)
So for those listening on audio, the line one is, Who are we? Are we simply what others want us to be? Are we destined to a fate beyond our control? Or can we evolve, become something more? And that was spoken by Sophie Turner.

Emma Sewell (14:16)
I've written an answer down. I don't feel it's right.

Bob Mann (14:16)
Because I've...

Because I've only got one screen, I can't see your faces this week. So, yeah. Okay. I'm going to go on to line two. Here it comes. Jessica Chastain says, this truly is an unfortunate development. Scott Shepherd says, why? Why is that? And Jessica Chastain says.

It's so much easier to understand your language when you're not screaming.

Does that help at all?

Okay.

Scott Forbes (15:01)
loving that you've got the actors Bob because I think I got this in the first one even if I don't know the quotes

Bob Mann (15:05)
Right.

Emma Sewell (15:06)
Damn it!

Bob Mann (15:09)
OK, well we'll see. And here comes line number three. You're always sorry, Charles, and there's always a speech, but nobody cares anymore. Michael Fassbender.

Emma Sewell (15:18)
Ha ha

Bob Mann (15:25)
Are you still confident, Scott?

Scott Forbes (15:28)
Yeah.

Bob Mann (15:29)
Yeah, he's very confident. How about you Andy?

Rev. Andy Godfrey (15:33)
I'm veering between two.

Bob Mann (15:36)
Okay, here comes line number four. And by the way, the women are always saving the men around here. You might want to think about changing the name to X-women. Jennifer Lawrence.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (15:53)
Well I'm in the right ballpark.

Bob Mann (15:58)
right. The right franchise. Well, I think I kind of gave it away there. Okay. And the final line, your final clue, line five, that's not what Raven would have wanted. You know that you both do. And that was said by Ty Sheridan.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (15:59)
The right franchise.

Scott Forbes (16:05)
Hmm

Rev. Andy Godfrey (16:21)
Oh, which ones do I go for?

Bob Mann (16:22)
Okay, have you written an answer down Andy?

Emma Sewell (16:24)
Yeah.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (16:26)
I've written two down.

written the one down after the first I wrote one down after the first one and I wrote one down at number three

Bob Mann (16:30)
Okay.

Okay.

Okay, and are you ready to reveal the answer?

Rev. Andy Godfrey (16:42)
I'm gonna go... I'm... Yeah, I'm gonna go X-Men. And not X-Men Apocalypse, which it probably will turn out to be.

Bob Mann (16:42)
You're done because I can't see.

Emma Sewell (16:44)
Yeah, go for it.

Scott Forbes (16:46)
Thank you.

Bob Mann (16:52)
Okay, and the answer is... X-Men Dark Phoenix.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (16:57)
The Phoenix!

Emma Sewell (16:59)
Yeah! I guessed it on one!

Bob Mann (17:03)
That's number 670 in the...

Emma Sewell (17:06)
I'm really surprised. Like I wrote that down and genuinely thought everyone hated it so much that it was not. Going to be in that list. Yeah.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (17:13)
Yeah that's why I didn't go for that one.

Scott Forbes (17:14)
It's not that bad a film but also when I saw Sophie Turner I was like apart from Game of Thrones that's really the only film I know her in and I was like and then Jessica Chastain confirmed it.

Bob Mann (17:15)
That'll be it.

Did you get it in one as well, Scott? Wow, so that's Scott and Emma both getting 50 points. And Andy, unfortunately.

Emma Sewell (17:21)
Ha ha!

Rev. Andy Godfrey (17:21)
Alright.

Scott Forbes (17:26)
Uh, yeah.

Bob Mann (17:32)
See you, man.

Emma Sewell (17:33)
Like, I genuinely...

Bob Mann (17:36)
Yeah, she's the baddie in it. Yeah, I must admit I...

Emma Sewell (17:39)
Gen- generally didn't remember Jessica Chastain was in it though.

Scott Forbes (17:43)
Yeah, she's like the alien type person.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (17:43)
Whichever one I wrote down was going to be the wrong one.

Bob Mann (17:48)
Always the way.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (17:49)
Whichever one I wrote down was going to be the wrong one.

Emma Sewell (17:52)
Ha ha ha.

Bob Mann (17:55)
There you go.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (17:55)
But I couldn't believe that Dark Phoenix would rank quite as high as that. I just thought nobody went to see that one. It was.

Scott Forbes (18:01)
Tarfinus wasn't as bad as people think.

Bob Mann (18:01)
I think it was pretty bad. But... OK, let's move on and take a look while we're still in presentation mode of the box office top ten for this week.

Emma Sewell (18:03)
Yeah, yeah, I did really enjoy it.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (18:08)
I'll be honest, I don't really remember it, I've got to be honest.

Bob Mann (18:17)
Check that. So this is up to the 8th of April, and still at number one, second week on release, it's Kung Fu Panda 4, which I think Emma, you're the only one who's actually seen this, and I don't think you were in last week's show.

Emma Sewell (18:32)
No, no, it wasn't good. Like, I, it was not good. But I will say that everyone at work again sat down and had that conversation and they were like, yeah, Kung Fu Panda 4. They all went and saw it since I've seen it and they're all like, you're wrong, Emma. It's so good. Indeed.

Bob Mann (18:44)
Hehehehe

Oh, there you are. Well, the kids clearly like it. So two weeks in the chart. Excuse me. It's nearly made 13 million pounds. 10 million of that got put on last week. So it's fallen like a stone this week, I have to say. But it still made it to number one. Number two, Godzilla X Kong. Godzilla multiplied by Kong equals the new empire. Again, that's made over nine million pounds in its two weeks.

Bob Mann (00:01)
At number three, we've got Ghostbusters Frozen Empire. So that's two films with Empire in the title, within one place of each other. Again.

We were not mad keen on Ghostbusters, I have to say, overall. Yes, speak for yourself, yeah. I knew you'd say that, Emma. That's made over 12 million. At number four, still doing good business, is Dune part two. Over 36 million pounds, we definitely rated Dune, part two. And number five is the film that we reviewed this week, which was Monkey Man with Dev Patel. Number six is a film we mentioned a few minutes ago, The First Omen.

Emma Sewell (00:22)
speak for yourself.

Bob Mann (00:49)
curiously out the Walt Disney Studio, but that's its first week in the chart, over half a million pounds. And number seven, still in the charts, 10 weeks in the chart, is Migration, the DreamWorks animation, and that's nearly 21 million pounds. The kids clearly loving it. Yeah. Struggling in at number eight is that film we also talked about a bit earlier, Seize Them!

Rev. Andy Godfrey (00:52)
Stupid Toto.

Emma Sewell (01:04)
Why?

Rev. Andy Godfrey (01:08)
because they keep screening it.

Bob Mann (01:18)
with an exclamation mark. I love films with exclamation marks in the title. We should do a special on films with exclamation marks in the title. Hail Caesar! Yeah. That's only made 132K at the box office. I think as you were saying, Andy, if that had been a 12, that might have done more business during the holidays. At number nine.

Emma Sewell (01:25)
Ha ha.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (01:26)
Mother!

Yeah, I think so.

Bob Mann (01:43)
Still doing good business is Wicked Little Letters with a sweary Olivia Colman. That's made over £9 million at the box office. And at number 10 is a Walt Disney re -release. Well, I say re -release, it's never had a release on the big screen because it's a lockdown film from Disney, but that's Luca. And that crawls in at the number 10 position. So that's our top 10 for this week.

Just looking at the new films coming out this week, Andy is about to rush off and see one of those, which is Civil War.

Emma Sewell (02:18)
Ha ha.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (02:19)
Civil War and I unfortunately without thinking in a very senior moment I booked it in 4DX. But I have to be on the radio at 9 o 'clock on Friday morning reviewing it.

Scott Forbes (02:26)
Hmm.

Bob Mann (02:26)
Hang on. I'll...

Hang on mate, let me get you ready for it. Here it comes. Whoa!

Rev. Andy Godfrey (02:34)
Yeah, yeah, we've had enough shaky camera work tonight Bob. We've had enough shaky camera work tonight to last a lifetime. I'm not really looking forward to the 4DX but I am looking forward to the film because I do like Alex Garland stuff. I think he's an excellent writer, excellent director, brilliant filmmaker. So I'm looking forward to it.

Bob Mann (02:38)
Oh dear.

Emma Sewell (02:39)
Ha ha ha ha!

Bob Mann (02:48)
I do, I do as well, yes.

Yeah, I'm jealous of your ability to see that because I'm going to, it's going to be a couple of weeks before I can get to see it, but this is one of the ones that I am looking forward to.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (03:01)
There's been a couple of early screenings. I mean it's out as from Friday, but as I say I need to review it on the radio in the morning. So this was the only chance I had to go and see it.

Bob Mann (03:10)
Yeah. Okey dokey. Also out this week, I think it opens tomorrow. So today when this podcast will be released is Back to Black, which I've seen quite a bit of hatred on Twitter or X as it's called now for this film. It's basically a biopic or biopic I should say of, her name's gone completely. Amy Winehouse. Yes.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (03:35)
Amy Winehouse.

Scott Forbes (03:36)
Amy Winehouse.

Bob Mann (03:38)
But I thought from the trailer this looked a good one. So again, I'm

Rev. Andy Godfrey (03:41)
Have you guys seen the documentary, Amy? That came out a few years ago. I mean, that was... That's fantastic. The documentary. I remember seeing that and sitting in my cinema seat and crying all through the end credits of Amy. What a waste of a life and an incredible talent. The documentary is deeply moving. So it'd be interesting to see. I think a lot of her fans have complained about the casting of this one and that the voice isn't right.

Scott Forbes (03:45)
Yeah.

Bob Mann (03:46)
No I never did.

Emma Sewell (03:48)
No.

Bob Mann (03:55)
Bye. All right. Yep.

Indeed, indeed. Yeah.

Emma Sewell (04:10)
Yeah.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (04:11)
That's been the main complaint about this.

Bob Mann (04:12)
Well, I think the girl does her all around singing in the role, doesn't she? Rather than using backing tracks that was the tape with the Bob Marley, the recent Bob Marley film. So that's quite a brave... Yeah, he did, yeah.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (04:24)
But then Taron Egerton did all his own singing in Rocketman and Remy Malik did his own singing in Bohemian Rhapsody. They're not trying to imitate, they're just portraying the person, I think. I don't know.

Bob Mann (04:36)
Yep, yep. And from the trailer I have to say she does a good job. Okay, well let's rant about it when we see the film. Alright. Yeah, so any other business? I think Scott, you saw that the Oscars have got a date for next year.

Emma Sewell (04:37)
I could go on a whole rant about this. Let's not.

Scott Forbes (04:54)
Yeah, so Andy's favourite subject, the...

Emma Sewell (04:57)
You

Rev. Andy Godfrey (04:58)
my favourite night of the year I get to go to bed really early.

Scott Forbes (05:02)
get a great night's sleep. So yeah, next year's, the Oscars for 2025 have been announced as Sunday the 2nd of March. So one we can put in our diaries to get the night off work or the day off work the next day, maybe. A couple other bits of news that I've noticed this week. One is that Margot Robbie's company is going to produce a film about Monopoly. Again, like when Barbie was announced,

Bob Mann (05:16)
Any fear? Yeah.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (05:28)
Yeah.

Scott Forbes (05:31)
No idea what this is going to be, but I'm curious already. It could be any, like yeah.

Bob Mann (05:33)
Cough cough cough

Emma Sewell (05:36)
love it oh so many good ideas

Rev. Andy Godfrey (05:39)
I bet it'll be an American monopoly and not the London one or you know the Star Wars monopoly or...

Bob Mann (05:43)
Yeah.

Scott Forbes (05:44)
I mean there's so many versions, surely they've got to go classic don't they? And last little bit of news that I actually saw while we were filming this today, loosely film related but star of The Naked Gun and Towering Inferno, OJ Simpson has passed away today after a battle with cancer.

Emma Sewell (05:47)
Oh, Star Wars, but not now, we're talking. Hang on. This is getting better.

Bob Mann (05:50)
That's a danger, isn't it? That's a danger, yeah.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (06:09)
Yeah, I saw that.

Yeah, two great films.

Bob Mann (06:12)
Yep, I did see that.

Scott Forbes (06:13)
I don't know if anything more needs to be said but he was in movies and I thought it was worth mentioning.

Bob Mann (06:20)
yep no that's well worth mentioning yes yeah and any other AOB from anybody else or can Andy rush off and get his popcorn that's gonna get shaken out of his box good man okay well well oh

Rev. Andy Godfrey (06:30)
I don't like popcorn anyway.

Emma Sewell (06:37)
Just, yeah, we can all, I was just gonna say, I'm seeing it tomorrow, we can all, you know, watch another film that really feels like it could come true and I don't like it.

Bob Mann (06:49)
Oh yeah, that's true, that's true. It makes... Civil War.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (06:51)
What's that?

Emma Sewell (06:53)
I could genuinely see some of these apocalyptic films happening.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (06:55)
Civil War oh right yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah Emma's gonna go off and watch it watch the first Omen on Disney Plus.

Scott Forbes (06:56)
Oh, okay.

Bob Mann (06:58)
Yeah, yeah.

Emma Sewell (07:03)
I will go, I will watch the first first Omen on Disney Plus, I promise.

Rev. Andy Godfrey (07:07)
Ha ha ha ha ha ha

Bob Mann (07:10)
